I'm not even gonna touch the race stuff, but you do realize slapping is a thing some people do during sex? Like not even exclusively as a cuckold or interracial thing; I can show you thousands of pro and amateur videos of various genres that involve slapping or hitting. It's personally not my thing (unless the women is very visibly into it) but I'm still aware it exists. As are most people who even somewhat engage in social media, popular culture, mass media - hell the idea even shows up in movies and TV over a decade ago. I would assume the wife and/or the husband was into the rough play - since even a coward would likely respond with some sort of shock or something, and the wife's reaction seemed kinda understated as well. It seems like this was somewhat expected on their part if not welcomed. And even assuming the wife wasn't into it and the husband let it happen to selfishly indulge his sexual fantasy, that still makes him more of an asshole than a coward? Even if we were to assume there was some more fucked up context behind all this, the fact that you interpret this as unexpected violence and lightning fast capitulation without even considering the possible masochistic/submissive element to it just seems ridiculously naive. And again, I say this as someone who doesn't actually watch it - S&M and domination is just that ubiquitous of a concept.
