thanks for answering .. such a nice hardon ... I have severe ED but am using penile injections and they do give me a hardon, pills don't do anything anymore ... nice to see that an implant does look and work so well

do you inject or pump an implant for the hardon? or was your surgery THAT GOOD and you had one hell of a clitty to use to begin with
