Clean under that foreskin quickly and thoroughly. Uncircumcised penises that have penetrated the anus get UTIs at an incredibly high rate. Significant downside to being uncut. We circumcised men have less susceptibility to UTI, but not by a large margin, so be careful to clean afterwards. A good, solid piss helps flush out the urethra.
