It's pretty sensational, yes. The rocks and moose are two separate sensations. The rocks, if you don't break them up too small, go down only so far down my urethra, maybe halfway and they sting. They stay there until they're either melted enough to move farther, massaged down deeper, stuffed by physical means, pressurized by foaming moose in this example. Some of the liquid will slip between the rocks and urethral walls eventually reaching the sphincters where it stings once again then the bladder which you can feel filling along with the piss (you automatically generate every 6-10 seconds a few more drops). But most will get behind it and shove it deeper and deeper. Of course your entire system is bloated from the start which gives an amazing feeling, and increases the stinging by stretching the lining. Also, until the moose gets inside fully, the urethra is filled plump with air. I've never slammed but know folks who have, and yes, I imagine it's close to that. Since you're in SD we should meet up.
The hose is the largest I've used (inside dia ID. 5/16" I believe) and each end is wide open so rocks move through instead of waiting to melt before passing through an orfice. There'e a slight restriction tied with floss you can see at my pisshole so if I go in farther my urethra will have some traction to hold on. You can see the bubbles flowing along the inside top surface of the hose 2:58 with the mousse and 6:27-7:00 and as it glistens later on. Sorry for being out of frame during some exciting parts -- I don't have a camera person.
