Hell, yeah! All young guys, straight or gay or in between, should learn to take a fist. It's a great skill to have, and it feels amazing and makes for the best orgasms. Your particular situation is not enough to assess the safety of fisting. I could also say "I smoke and have no cancer, therefore smoking is safe". Would it make sense?
