This is an excellent form of training. I used a similar setup on a sub several times because she kept forgetting that she needed to crawl on her hands and knees around my house and she would get up and walk instead. So I just made her feet so sore she had to crawl. She actually had to be punished three times before she finally could remember - yeah, she was THAT slow at learning stuff.

the torture is beautiful: it leaves no mark but it is extremely painful. It is lvoely to see the salve who is tied up and screams. But the video is too short. There should be more bastinado videos and longer videos
